Disconnected to ea servers in promotion matches (7 times to be precise🥲)

Unable to connect to ea servers in promotion matches. I am trying to up my division from DIV 3 to DIV 2. Every time when I'm winning i got disconnected from ea servers when I'm losing everything is fine. It happened to me like 7 times literally. Now tell me what to do. Honestly I'm laughing right now😂😂

This is the screenshot. Just tell me why it only happened when I'm winning. I mean I'm not exaggerating it happened to me 7 times. I mean why not it happened when I'm losing.
