Disconnection during/menu not my fault

While playing ea fc 26, every hour I get disconnected from the game at least 3 times through no fault of my own, I checked the internet quality and everything is fine and was fine while playing online, but I was still kicked back to the main screen of the PlayStation 5 for no reason, I'm irritated because I didn't spend money for things like this to happen.
