Disconnection

EVERY weekend it's the same problems. Crashing at the menus and disconnections in game.. when will this be sorted out? Us as the end user invest time and money in to the game for what? For it to be wasted. This weekend I was disconnected 3 separate times and the painful things it's always when I'm winning never when I'm losing!

it affect objectives and rewards especially when there is only a limited amount of games like champs being 15 it needs sorting out, or at least rewards should be compensated for the invested time and effort just to be robbed every single weekend! 
I've tried to show in screenshots as I can't upload videos my connection is fine, and also how from 7-3 up I get disconnected it's a joke.
