Dunno if I got hacked or not...EA sort it out

Cheating and now I've been disconnected from a game twice where I have entered game and it's a blacked out screen and then after a while goes into a game with a team that isn't mine and then comes up saying disconnected from server. Then I reload the game and I get a disconnect warning and I was 11-0 with only 20 games we can play and now only 7 instead of 9 left all because of probly a hacker.. and what's bugged me more is i spoke to an advisor and they just fobbed me off saying that they can't do anything what if I now lose 4 of the remaining 7 games and miss out on the 15 wins I need for the 87+ pack.. absolute jokes.. anyone else had this, this evening?
