EA PLZ FIX THIS

Im always disconnecting at the end of the game or after couple of games because of that I cant progress through squad battles and rivals. I have a decent pc and very good connection. Everytime at the end of the game it always says connecting to ea servers it isnt available right now. HOW CAN I FIX THIS IT ALWAYS MESS UP WITH MY REWARDS FOR SQUAD BATTLES AND RIVALS. IF THIS CANT BE FIXED CAN I GET A REFUND. 

It also happens to my laptop same thing which I have spec of rtx 3050 rygen 9 16gb ram
