Evo card disappeared

Just think EVO are brilliant addition but this year it’s been heavily adapted and now I can’t even EVO my favourite player and have to wait for his inform or special card which for a guy who doesn’t spend money on the game and is average at best in divs and champs unless I pack a monster card I’m never gonna obtain till he is behind the power curve just annoying mate but hopefully yours doesn’t turn the way mine did 

Something weird is happening with EVO’d cards mate. I have an EVO’d Kolo Muani, when I went to further EVO him it, no problems. When I came back to the game, the previously EVO’d card was back to his basic stats and the previous EVO aswell as the new one had been applied to the other Kolo Muani in my club (which isn’t possible….) I know the difference as one has played 77 games for me, the other 0. I left it a few days in hope it would sort itself out and low and behold, the EVO’s have found themselves back on the Kolo Muani I actually use. I’ve also lost some of the club badges I got at the start of the game, just completely disappeared from my club.

Update on this - I have a gold cunha I want to start EVOing again as EA have told me I will not be getting my old card back but now low and behold I can’t even EVO that standard gold card version as I have apparently already EVOd version of him. 

highly annoying as again It’s not like I’m purposefully trying to cheat the system I generally had my card stolen through a bug in the system and now i have accepted I can’t get that card back and tired to start with a new evo I can’t even use it! Ive been back to EA support but again been met with ‘there is nothing we can do’ which again has disappointed me massively 

Just looked and the only possible replacement with same playstyle+, same chemistry in my squad, and 90+ rated is an icons Xavi Card that costs over 500k coins in the transfer market, and my best guess is I’ll just get 20k coins to pay me back for the Evo if even that…so frustrating

A similar thing happened to me just yesterday! I had a cornerstones evolved Rodri card which I was using to get full chemistry in my squad, but I got a second unevolved Rodri in a pack and ended up using that in an SBC. Similar to you it’s very clear the difference between a cornerstones evolved card and standard rare gold card so I know for certain I used the gold card and not the Evo and had no pop up about it being a player in my squad. However now it ended up taking my evolved player and showed up as a grey concept card in my squad and when I checked my cards only the unevolved Rodri was left. I reached out to support and haven’t heard back yet but I assume it’ll be the same boat as you where they can’t fix it which is frustrating since that card isn’t easily replaced (or probably replaceable at all)…a 90 rated Spanish cornerstones player to get me 33/33 chemistry. I probably will push for compensation but the frustrating part is they’ll probably just reimburse me for the Evo which won’t be enough to find a decent replacement for that card. It’s especially worrying because I use duplicates of evolved cards are pretty commonly in SBCs but now I’ll always be worried about it wrongly taking my evolved card which are not replaceable, some of which I’ve stacked multiple evos on to make that starting players. Hopefully they fix the bug and find a way to fairly compensate for having this problem but time will tell and I’m not very hopeful. Super disappointing though!
