Explanation please

Can someone explain to me how a 64 pace bronze LB can outrun a 90 pace RW, I mean what is the point in sweating all week to evo your players, or earn better players through packs or coins when all they do is get nerfed. You might as well just play with a squad of 750 coin gold players. 

Also I just opened 66 packs and the best player I got was an untradeable duplicate Mapi leon, I mean come on EA, did I wrong you in a previous life ?
