FC 26 - Players unable to move on Ultimate Team

This happened on FC25 and has now happened of FC 26.. last year I had no resolution and wasted money on an entire game I cannot play and the same thing has happened again this year..

When loading into a match of UT the players are uncontrollable - do not move or operate to commands but the pause button works and everything works when on the Menus.

Any advice? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, changed controller

if this is happening every game then its probably a glitch or something. Does the controller work fine on other games?
But if its got white markers above all of your players heads and you can move one player, then its a cheat from the opponent I'm lead to believe.
