fc25 points to fc 26

I could be wrong but I think once you’ve already logged into FC26 the one-time FC Points transfer option from FC 25 disappears permanently.

FC Points can only be moved when you first open FC 26 and get the pop-up asking if you want to transfer your remaining FC 25 Points — after that, EA can’t move them over manually.

If you accidentally bought an FC25 points card instead of FC 26 Points, those are locked to FC 25 and won’t appear in FC 26.

Your best option is to contact EA Help and open a support case explaining it was a mistaken purchase. If the code hasn’t been redeemed yet, sometimes they’ll do a one-time refund or credit as goodwill.

Although judging from my own experience using there help system it wont help at all and they will probably just tell you to check your internet connection
