Fc26 and the pack weight and gambling issue

I have spent hundreds upon thousands of dollars that I work extremely hard for to get the worst possible outcome every time. I play every single day hoping for a great player. I do every sbc and it is the same outcome. That is the definition of insanity trying to do something over and over again thinking you’ll get a different result. When the result is the same. Absolutely nothing. And I continue to play wasting hours of my life hoping I’ll get a great player. Spending money and time. I have been hurt so bad mentally and financially by this and there is so compensation for it I just have to suffer and pray I get something. An agent reached out and personally said he’ll look into my account and help me but I have not been compensated and I have spent more money and played everyday doing every daily sbc and same result nothing. I have been playing since fifa 23 spending hundreds to thousands of dollars every year and this is how you treat loyal customers. I can not believe it
