FC26 Game Lag

I have the same problem im looking for support but there is nothing ive tried custom dns vsync on what else i mean i try like 30 different things  that i have read from the chat gpt shii because i cant find anything about this problem anywhere else ive try to message ea support but my message everytime is disappearing dont know why so i hope somebody help us because im also lossing so many games like from 100 matches im having 10 without lag and at least 30 games with unplayable lag so its making me really mad im playing the game from 10 years and this kind of thing has never happened before i was hyped for first time from the last 3-4 years but it seems is for nothing ….
