Fps drop on Notebook

Fps drop to 7-13 while cut scene in second half and when start the match this problem was appear since fc26 release can't play can't do anything just leave the game and have same problem again (I do everything that I can do) pls fix this because many player who use notebook or gaming laptop have same problem (GPU: 3050ti for laptop)
