you are just bad and im only saying that to help you. if you want to improve at the game and get 10 or 11 wins like you "deserve," then you need to spend more time practicing and less time trying to cope. apparently, there might be a recent change in how matchmaking works but as long as i've been playing(the last few years), matchmaking has been something like (0-4), (5-9), and 10+. there might be -1 elo as well but idk. the difference in your wins and losses places you in one of those brackets and you play people in the same bracket. judging from your words, im summazing that you never get out of the 1st elo. which will mean that you are basically always losing against the average player. there will be a range of bad-good players in there because everyone starts on 0-0, but it is unlikely you match an elite player because the game is finding your opponent from a large pool. your 1st goal should be to make it to div 1 or elite division, because that will be a clear indicator that you are better than the average player. once you are clearly better than the average player, you will get 10 wins without breaking a sweat because in theory, you'll be searching for an opponent at a 9-5 record, which puts you in the 1st elo(0-4). in that case, all you have to do is beat an average player.
