Game keeps disconnecting after first boot after power on or come back from sleep

Since the game came out, I have been experiencing the same thing with no real reason as to why. The first rivals/champions game I play when turning on my PC or coming back from a longer sleep state ( > 1h) always keeps disconnecting, but not because of the game because I can see my internet actually disconnecting for a few seconds. However, I never face this issue while playing other games or watching YT, browsing etc. This only happens playing ea fc 26. Also, if I enter the game but I play vs AI. SB for example, it will disconnect me but not the first game in, more like 2 or 3 games in. 

I have a very good connection, upgraded my router to the last version before the game launched. 
I will attach my connection scores from the EA Connection Quality Report Tool. 

This issue has become increasingly frustrating as I do not always remember that I need to log in and automatically lose a competitive game until I am able to play normally.
