game keeps disconnecting me on pc

Since the patch I have been disconnected from 6 to 8 matches attached is a picture of the issue. I hope to be refunded the lost matches I was in div 3 now because of the bug I am now back in div 4 and 6 points taken. I don't understand how it has been more than 24 hours and the problem is still persisting. EA knows how to take you money but actually being there for the costumers after purchase is not guaranteed, I don't understand why you don't have people from the company playing the game like other companies like RIOT does to their games, but I guess you don't care enough to do so. SHAME ON YOU EA YOU RUINED MY VALUABLE DAYS.
