Has EA stopped looking at cheater reports?

The number of cheaters in Rivals and Champions is just increasing.

I report all of them to EA but it seems as if they have stopped looking at them. The last date for a closed case is over 10 days ago.

Does this mean that EA have given up and simply accepted that to win in this game you need to cheat or spend thousands of dollars?

If the situation continues, at least it will be clear that they are not serious about cheating.

No point in ordering next year's game.
