Haven’t received my premium pass for season 1 after buying ultimate edition
As the title says, I’ve ordered the ea fc 26 ultimate edition, but sadly have not received my premium pass. I have on the other hand received my fc points.

I logged this issue with them and they marked it as resolved without any explanation whatsoever, how cheeky is that, someone clearly didn’t want to do a bit of work, just waited in the live chat for 30 minutes and was told there’s a lot complaining and they don’t know when it will be fixed but know it’s an issue, hope that’s helpful for someone because it wasn’t for me.
