Haven’t received my premium pass for season 1 after buying ultimate edition

I received fifa points and pass but didn’t receive my icon pack I thought it would take a day or so but no… 100 quid for nothing really

I still havent got my premium season pass got the points and the icon. Getting frustrated!!!

Also still haven’t got mine. I also received my icon and points, but not the pass.

It is getting a bit frustrating for sure. Got the points, but no season pass. Hopefully they will fix it soon. 

I logged this issue with them and they marked it as resolved without any explanation whatsoever, how cheeky is that, someone clearly didn’t want to do a bit of work, just waited in the live chat for 30 minutes and was told there’s a lot complaining and they don’t know when it will be fixed but know it’s an issue, hope that’s helpful for someone because it wasn’t for me.

I have the same problem and it has not been resolved yet, its been a week
