HELP, HACK FOUNDED

I have played in ultimate team - champions my 2nd game , and the player that i played against him used a hack , i can't move my players or select them , please check the game and give me compensation...

Hey LucianRo13,

Unfortuantely we can't change the outcome of matches, but in future if you want to report a player for cheating we have an article explaining how you can do that.

What is being done about the cheating? How many complaints on these forums do we need to get a response or fix from ea.
I won't be buying the next game, if by the end of this games cycle nothing has been done. As I know it will just continue in the next game.
