Hero Pack

Good evening EA,

I did the max 86 hero pack once… got Crouch.

I did the 86 hero pack again… got Noor.

Then I did the max 87 hero pack… got Carragher.

Is there a correlation between me having the Ultimate Edition and having no good chances in all kind of packs?

Hopefully you guys and EA will take a further look into this.
