How do I get a refund for wasted online draft tokens?

I played two online draft games recently and the game got cancelled right at kick off because the connection was lost to the opponent.  I had stable internet and I could easily play other online game modes at that time so I'm guessing it was a server issue because it happened two times in a row. My connection scores are perfect from those games but it still counted as I lost and I lost two draft tokens as a result. I tried opening a ticket but it just says "thanks for reaching out" and there no open cases or any case numbers or any email. How are you supposed to "contact an EA advisor", through here?

    bro atleast u can play the game at the moment . I woke up at 10am uk time listed some players on the market now i cant even log back in . EA costing me a lot of coins dunno if the players sold or not

    PC is known to have hackers who disconnect you from the draft. EA is trying to combat these cheaters but, as you can see, they've got a lot of work to do to fix this issue!
