I have the same problem as you. I get the same message in the web app. And I also get a message that there is a problem connecting to the EA servers when I try to purchase players in-game. I've also contacted the EA support 5 times in the last 7 days and they have not helped me yet with this issue. I need to get a fix somehow, please help guys!
I have the exact same thing. Is there a fix? I don't have any penaltys on my account
