I cannot complete a match.

Everytime I finish a game it tells me that “ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later” which I don’t understand as it means that I cannot play any games ?

This is truly pathetic, never had anything like this before.

    Some disconnections at the end of a match may be caused by our security systems against bots and automation. You can find more information about these kinds of limits in this video on X.

    Please refrain from starting any more matches for up to 24 hours. Going forward, we recommend trying to play a full match in a different game mode between Flash event quick matches to avoid being caught by these security systems again.

    i have the same problem broken game i cant play one game on any mode i never experience a bad uncomplete full of errors like this stupid game😤

  • I have the same issue and I searched on google for a solution which says it might be due to a soft ban on playing too many games in a short period of time. I have played the thunderstruck flash event and it is supposed to be playing a lot of games in a short period as it’s a first to 2 mode. I doubt FC game design team’s ability I am not only hugely disappointed but pissed by this. And they’re just hiding behind the scene without even telling me directly what’s going on. If there is a limit of the number of games we can play it should be shown on the thunderstruck flash mode. Such a disgusting team and disgusting game design.

    Same issue on PC since Black Friday. Can’t even do SBC without disconnection. Have lost multiple matches which I was winning with DNF and relegations. No reply from ea 

  • I finish a game and it tells me that “ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. It counts as a dnf after this. It’s been an hour and it doesn’t get better. I’ve played thunderstruck flash event for a lot of games because I’m doing the silver superstars objectives. Please provide a reply to people who have this problem as I can see no one getting resolved.

    I’m on Ps5 console.

    This is ridiculous, you’re stopping genuine players, who have spent a lot on your game from playing the game that they’ve bought?

    I am writing to report a persistent and critical issue affecting my ability to play Ultimate Team (FUT) in EA Sports FC 26.

    • Geographic Region: Egypt
    1. Detailed Description of the Issue:

    The core issue is two-fold: limited access and in-game disconnection/loss counting.

    • Access Difficulty: It takes me over two hours of repeated attempts to successfully log into the Ultimate Team mode.
    • In-Game Disconnects: Once I finally manage to enter FUT, I am consistently disconnected after playing a maximum of one or two matches.
    • Match Result Error: Crucially, all matches from which I am disconnected (regardless of whether I was winning or drawing) are registered as a Loss on my record.
    • Problem Duration: This frustrating situation has been ongoing since the game's release.
    1. Comparison with Other Modes:

    I would like to emphasize that the game's Seasons mode and other non-FUT online modes work perfectly with no connection issues, indicating the problem is specifically localized to my Ultimate Team access and connection stability.

    1. Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

    I have already attempted the following standard troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists:

    • Restarted the game and console multiple times.
    • Verified my internet connection (stable connection confirmed).
    • Cleared the console cache.
    • Reinstalled the entire game ([Mention if you have done this, otherwise delete this line]).

    This issue is preventing me from making any progress in FUT. I urgently request a technical investigation into my account and connection to the FUT servers.
