I have a lot of latency in rivals mode but only in rivals mode

When I start a match in rivals mode, I have latency from not knowing how to play. I have already tried to change my graphics settings and my Nvidia settings to make the game as efficient as possible, and my controller is wired and well-connected to the games. I play on Windows 11 PC, I don't have to do any updates. Can you help me?
