I havent recieved my fc points, or 93 rated player. Also problem with online.

I just bought the game today, and was excited to get on. I bought it off steam, and make an EA account. I then open the game, and I dont have my fc points, nor my player. I was a bit annoyed, because I spent 90 quid on a game, and didnt get the stuff I was told I could get. I didnt even get the season pass. There is also a problem with online games. I cant move, shoot or pass. On kick off its completely fine, but online its not.
