I ran out of max 86 ovr players to EVO

If you lock EVO at 1 PS +, then generously lift the max ovr. 1 PS+ EVO should be with max 88 now. 
Later when we have 2 PS+ evos, you can go back to max 87
That way, in the following month, players need to make a choice between 1PS+ players with better stats, or 2 PS+ with lower stats. 2 PS+ players will eventually have the same high stats as the 1 PS+ evos, meaning the game completely enters 2PS+ era. This will not affect power curve and smoothen it. ALSO THIS WILL KEEP MORE ACTIVE PLAYERS

Thanks to your fantastic game planner, who somehow don't even know how to make the game, this game is almost dead by now with very little active players. EVEN A RANDOM PHONE GAME HAS MORE ACTIVE PLAYERS.
