So i preorder the ultimate edition on 2nd of august but it got refunded and i bought it again on sept 18 and i didnt get the icon pack and i cant refund the game i only bought the ultimate edition cause of the icon

Same for me bro, the exact same pretty much
and btw i got the icon in fc25 and the evo 99 shot in fc25 but i didnt get the icon in this game wow this is actually absurd
