Dear EA, I have bought the presale ultimate edition, unfortunately I still yet to receive my icon pack? I would love to receive as soon as possible please..

I bought the presale ultimate edition but didnt get anything not just icon pack. Nothing but earlyaccess.
I got them. If you got it from steam, there will be an option on the ea fc 26 page on steam to redeem your ultimate edition rewards.
