INJUSTICE SOFT BAN AND NO SOLUTION

i was bidding on players to finish sbcs because its cheaper

i was just bidding on random common and rare gold players

then it started glitching then i was deprived of using the transfer market at all

i contacted ea help multiple times and the were no help at all

all they said that its a soft ban and that i should wait for 24-48 hours and the ban would automatically be lifted

i did that 2 or three times and nothing the ban still applies

its been more than a week now and nothing

i don't know what to do

i was wrongly banned and they don't even investigate it
