input delay

I am experiencing a very serious and extremely frustrating input delay in Rivals and FUT matches.
The delay between my controller inputs and player actions is constant and makes the game almost unplayable.

I am honestly very upset, as I have barely been able to play for almost two weeks because of this issue.
The problem is not related to my ISP, since Rush mode works smoothly with no delay at all.
