This is like the five time that happends to me that irme playing a match And then I get a "lost connection" notification, even though my connection is perfectly fine—I can still listen to music over the same Wi-Fi, and the phone works fine on it too..but for that thing i loss the matches and i loss the rewards....I want that reward for the time i loss or at least the chance to replay the match
Community ManagerGotcha, so it sounds like a general connection issue if it's happening mid-match. I know that you say that you can use your Wi-Fi for music and the like, but gaming has its own specific needs and can sometimes have issues even if everything else works ok. Just to check, are you getting kicked out at the end of your matches or at a random time during them? And when you get kicked, do you get brought back to the game's main menu?
