Same, I am also a victims of this incident. I don't understand why I was suddenly banned as I never used any cheating things in the game. As a loyal player, missing the TOTY event is a disaster for me. There are lots of victims like me already submitted our appeals but no any response. If you only deal with our issues after TOTY event, the delay is seriously impacting our gaming experience and is disapointed.
