Lag issues on rivals and champs

Ea please fix the issues causing lag in champs and rivals.... the game is unplayable at the moment, its been on going for around 3 weeks. I have completely reset my console on x box, thinking it was an issue at my end. I have been in touch with my net work provider, and even gone to a wired connection, now for the last 3 to 4 weeks I have had to suffer lag, and disconnection every other game. Prior to this I have not had any issues, quiet recently the game play is garbage slow play, glitches and lag every game is un acceptable please sort this out at your end and restore my gaming experience if this happens today as I play champs then that's the end of it I am deleting this game and never playing it again. I have seen your ping status giving me 99% that's does not mean anything the game is disgusting get this sorted. If this is not sorted from today I am leaving this and never playing or purchasing again.
