3 of 20 rewind player pick broken??

I havent been able to open my 3 of 20 player pick now for multiple days on the game and on the web app it says theres a problem with the ultimate team and it boots me back to the first menu where i can choose play, club etc, anyone else having this problem and know a fix? i have other packs to open as well and it wont let me
