Major Loss Due to SBC Display Bug – 90-Rated Evolved Player Submitted by Mistake
Hi, I’d like to report a critical issue with the mobile app.
I lost my 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández due to what appears to be a display bug during an SBC submission.
While completing the Trophy Titans SBC on the mobile app, the squad clearly showed a gold version of Enzo Fernández.
However, there was also a prompt saying that Enzo was already in another squad. Despite this, the card displayed in the SBC squad appeared to be the gold version, so I believed it was safe to submit.
After submitting, I checked my club and realized that my 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández had been submitted instead.
This seems to be a UI/display bug where the app shows a different version of the card than the one actually being submitted.
I was misled by the incorrect display, and this was not an intentional action.
This evolved card required a significant amount of time and effort to obtain, and it cannot be recovered through normal gameplay.
The incident occurred between 4:30 AM and 4:42 AM Beijing Time (UTC+8) on April 6, 2026, which is 8:30 PM to 8:42 PM UTC on April 5, 2026.

I would really appreciate it if you could help restore my 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández, or provide a suitable recovery solution.
Could you please escalate this case if needed?
I understand policies, but this situation was caused by a misleading display issue on the mobile app, not a normal user action.
I would appreciate if this could be reviewed as a bug-related case rather than a standard submission.
