Market ban

Good afternoon,

I have been banned from the market in FC26, I got the email telling me that I bought coins.

I openned a ticket claiming this because I didn't use anything, just a few trades some days ago.

I know you cannot fix this, but can someone from EA tell me if this ban is temporally or forever, it says it is an ''advertation''? Just to open another account and start playing or just wait. (I have noticed through the forum that sometimes EA takes so much time to answer to this claimings or in some cases, they don't answer)
