Missing Champs Reward Pack

I finished Champs this last weekend and earned the winter wildcards guarantee pack, which I didn’t open. It is now missing from the my packs section of the store. 

I can’t remember the other packs that I earned from champs so they may be missing as well. 

Obviously a lot of time and effort was put into earning those packs so to have them vanish from my packs is not acceptable. Especially given the rewards are abysmal on this game and the never ending list of other bugs/issues.

What can be done to get me my earned packs back?
