Missing Evolution

I can’t seem to locate the ‘wall in the back’ evolution (obtained from the season 5 seasons pass at lvl 13).

I claimed the evolution, it said repeatable x2 and applied it to my a player. After the application, the evolution disappeared and I can’t seem to locate it. I thought maybe it was just a glitch but a few days have gone by and still no evolution has re appeared. I’m not sure what to do as it is a crucial path for a separate evolution revolving the iconic defender glow up. 

I have tried logging in and out as well as using the FC companion app without luck.
