Hello,I'm writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition. I also purchased an additional 1050 FC Points with the game, bringing my total expected points to 7050.Upon logging into the game for the first time, I only received 3500 FC Points. Additionally, none of the extra content from the Ultimate Edition, including the ICON pack, has appeared in my account.It has been over 24 hours since the purchase, and the missing content is still not available. Please investigate this issue and credit the missing points and content to my account.Thank you for your time and assistance.

You wont get Icon pack for purchasing after 26th of august. Also the FC points come in 3 x 2000 over the timespan of 3 months, so you get 2000 every month.

In steam it says:so i dont get why i dont have my packs and points?

slegg9607 thats a joke for such a big company with all these games... have u seen anyone have issues with being kicked out of servers half way through squad battle games? happened 3 times in last few days to me, and its not internet related
