Missing FC points

I purchased 5600 points on 16 January at 18:33 for TOTY. You did not deliver those points, so I raised a case with you (235376861). You closed the case without resolving my issue. Please can you sort this out. I spent £45.49 and did not receive my points.

    If you follow follow this link , fill out the form (topic: in-game currency and rewards), and send it off, what options of contacting Support are given there? It should give you the option to start a chat if you scroll down past the recommended articles.

    You have just sent me an email saying "to get help faster, start a chat with Advisor on EA Help". 

    I have followed your steps, but there is no clear way of starting a chat. 

    Please make this easy for me and sort my issue.

    I purchased the points directly through FC 26. I provided you will everything you needed, screenshots of the purchase etc. I have also re-opened my case (235376861).

    Hello ROSSSS1992​,

    did you buy the points directly through EA or a third party seller?

    Please make sure the points are for FC 26 and that you didn't accidentally purchase points for FC 25 or earlier. If you bought points for a previous edition of FC, there's nothing that can be done.

    We cannot help with account issues and purchases here in the forum - I'd ask you to please open another case with support once you confirm that the points are for FC 26 to figure out what exactly went wrong.
