Missing Icon Swap Tokens
I’m missing 2 Icon Swap tokens. I was very careful and definitely didn’t give any away or submit them by mistake.
Because of this, I now have to win another 10 Champs matches to get R9, which is really frustrating.
Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
Hi I have just completed last icon swap token (last night). I should have 19 but only 17 / 16 show up when I go to allocate them. I confident I have not discarded them and have not used them on a swaps option. I’m on PS5. I have reset ps5 few times but still don’t see them all. I’m aware the clock is ticking to use them so any help would be welcomed. PSN ID mikey_dee58.
Dont expect to hear anything soon the company is a joke suppose what else do you expect from a pig but a grunt

Timestamp: First reported on 25th Feb via customer service agent. However, i think they were missing around 23/24 Feb. Have just finished 2nd call but ended abruptly after nonsense about reports and IT..
Problem: 2 icon tokens missing. Not sure which ones. Had 19 as i used 1. Should've had 19 remaining but had 17. was missing 2.
Future games will be boycotted if not sorted.
I dont think anything will be done about this EA help just take details then ignore you or tell you nothing can be done as if we are making it up. To be honest If it isn't resolved by the end of swaps next week my club will be deleted and anything related to EA sports will be boycotted in future from me. They dont care about the customers just their own pockets

1 week to go to claim icon swap rewards but EA are doing nothing about swap tokens disappearing from multiple peoples clubs. These were not human error in a SBC or disregarded either
ugh. this case shows how much they care about us. its sad because we're in the final days and we don't even have any information. we don't know what to do. they certainly didn't take care of it and the forum manager gave us false hope. the last five days of exchanges. it would have been enough to let them know whether they could do anything about it or if they were no longer able to help. even though they had a month to do so, they couldn't do anything. they most likely didn't take the matter seriously at all. In-game events were more important than the real, unsolved problem.
