Missing Player Items & Repeated FUT Champs Reward Issues

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue with my Ultimate Team account in FC 26.

On two separate occasions, I had Gianluigi Donnarumma in my club. And also mariona scream

• The first time, I bought him from the transfer market.
• Later, I packed Donnarumma again, so I sold the tradable one and kept the packed version.

After doing this, the remaining Donnarumma completely disappeared from my club.

He is not in my squad, club, quick sell recovery, or anywhere else in the Companion App or console.

This exact issue has happened twice, which makes me very concerned about the integrity of my account items.

Additionally, I play FUT Champions every week and consistently reach 8–9 wins. Despite this, my rewards have been extremely poor every single time, with my highest pull being an 87-rated gold player. While I understand pack luck is random, combined with missing players, this feels abnormal and unfair.

I spend a lot of time playing and competing, and I expect the items I earn or buy to remain in my club.

I am requesting:

1. An investigation into the missing Donnarumma items
2. Restoration of the missing player(s) or appropriate compensation
3. A check to ensure my FUT account is functioning correctly
