Missing points

Hello, 

Im worried about the FC points we were promised when I bought Ultimate edition. I bought the game on 20. September 2025, and only got 2k points when I first opened the game, now Im wondering where did the other 4k points disappear. I spent 99,99€ on the game and got like 10€ worth of points. 

also Im talking about ultimate team, dont really play anything else.
