No Rewards Recieved

i have pre order the EA FC 26 ultimate edition on 8th of August on my X Box series S Console.  I am able to access the game but i havent receieved any pre order rewards for the game as specified at the time of purchase. Only rewards i received is Up to 7-day early access no other rewards have provided within the game
