Oi oi oi objective not being counted

Help for over 3 weeks I've done everything squad battles. I just won a game in The knockout tournament over five wins in the penalty tournament and nothing counts. EA suggestion was to make a whole new squad and I did five different times. What do I have to do

champions
discussion
friendlies
gauntlets
live events
objectives

    for what exact objectives is it not counting? do not say all, give a few examples and also show us the team you are using.  Someone might be able to help with a little more specific information.  thanks
