opponent's tricks

Is it possible that there is no solution when we meet an opponent who uses tricks? All my players are stuck with the triangle as if they were all selected and I can't do anything !!! For the second consecutive week I play like this and I lose a game, which wants prizes less. Why is there no solution?

    I played 8 champs game yesterday night had 4 of those games with that issue, which is half the games I played so I'm asking for a refund request on all my in game purchases so lets see how it goes
