HiEA_Darko i have submitted an appeal after they rejected my case which is utterly disappointing considering I’ve been playing fifa since 2001 and spent considerable amounts of money I am really upset that somebody has compromised my account and got me a lifetime ban. Is there anyway you could look into this
Community ManagerSorry to say juvo1991 but if the team reviewed your appeal and denied it then it means there was evidence to support the ban.
You can appeal again and provide as much info as possible.

Then why can't they provide the evidence EA_Darko ? I think if we are spending money and filling their pockets we at least have a right to know, don't you? I wasn't even home the weekend that my account got banned, I think that is evidence enough to figure out that my account was compromised.
Exactly! First you sent a mass email accusing us of cheating, and after we appealed, you sent another mass email saying we’re suspected of coin transfer. If your investigations are even valid, explain why the two results are such a blatant contradiction?? Isn’t this just shooting yourselves in the foot?
Most importantly, this isn’t affecting just a handful of players—a massive number of players across different platforms have been wrongfully banned. My advice to you is to just shut this game down entirely, because every legitimate player will end up being framed and wronged by you.
