Permanent Ban for Coin Distribution After Account Compromise

Same thing happened to my account. They sent me an email on February 1st informing me that my account had been permanently banned, but I had not played for about 4 days. Only thing I paid for other than the game itself was FUT points right when I bought the game about 3-4 weeks ago, and this was done in-game. I've appealed it multiple times requesting documentation and/or a more detailed explanation but they just keep denying the appeal stating that they "actioned my account correctly". Makes no sense.
