Ping in game

Hello, today I started the game and when I wanted to play, but when I start a match in Division Rivals or a live event, my ping suddenly jumps above 300, sometimes even up to 900. Because of this, I had to miss a few matches, but when I checked my connection quality, it shows that I have a great ping of 12 ms, so I would like to know what causes such a ping if it's not my internet's fault, thank you and best regards.
