PLAYER BECOME UNTREADABLE FOR NO REASON

Hi all,

I am facing a big problem.

I have bought a Marcos Llorente for 60k something like 7/10 days ago.

I wanted to sell it back 3 days ago at 55k (was 3 days ago price) but it appears that my player is now untreadable?!

I did not do any evolution or something, not even a single chemistry style.

Now on I have lost 60k and I want it back, how can we proceed?
